Serves as the senior intelligence analyst and AMCOM expert on intelligence support to assigned Army Programs of Record. Assist and edit current intelligence briefings and products (CG, G2, AOC, travel briefs; INTSUMs and Black Book) for review by the Intelligence Division Chief. Conduct research and briefings as required in support of the Branch. Success is measured as timely and successful completion of 90% of presentations and products and 90% customer satisfaction with presentations and products. I directed national level Intelligence analytical and collection activities in support of NATO operations world wide. Supervised four NATO field Grade Officers. I coordinated and synchronized the intelligence collection efforts of 16 separate national intelligence services. I directed a staff of two analysts and numerous (classified) field intelligence operatives. Closely coordinated with the local offices of various national and allied national intelligence agencies including: CIA, NSA, DIA, MI5, MI6, and GCHQ.

Served as the AMRDEC Security and Intelligence Division, Technology Protection Officer (TPO). Identified and protected sensitive US Government technology early in the technology development life cycle. Chaired the Threat Integrated Working Group (TWIG) responsible for developing the intelligence requirements for RTP Threat. Developed the Requests for Intelligence Information (RFI) Threat request for Information. Was the subject matter expert responsible for Research and Technology Protection (RTP) within AMRDEC. Applied need-to-know restrictions specific to Critical Program Information (CPI) protection. Facilitated the Interim Technology Protection Process (ITPP) and Technology Protection Plans (TPPs). Facilitated Integrated Product Teams (IPT) of technology research, engineering, security, counterintelligence, foreign intelligence and foreign disclosure. Advises the AMRDEC directors and technology managers on RTP. Provided intelligence updates on foreign intelligence service activities to AMRDEC program managers. Liaised with the Redstone Arsenal (RSA) 902 Military Intelligence detachment to facilitate counterintelligence agent support to AMRDEC programs. Assess implementation of ITPPs and subsequent TPPs. Provides detailed assistance, knowledge, and security expertise to AMRDEC to establish and manage ITPPs and TTPs. Staffs all ITPPs and TPPs through the Deputy Chief of Staff, G-2, Headquarters, RDECOM to AMC, who is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the implementation the command technology protection effort. Tracks RTP implementation and progress. Conducts AMRDEC RTP staff assistance visits and compliance inspections. Provides All Source Intelligence Analysis for Weekly Directors Intelligence Update, Weekly SCI Black Book Intelligence, and Intelligence Scenarios for the Warfighters Protection Lab. Provides others duties as assigned.
