During my time at Land Securities, I was responsible for the energy management of the City Portfolio which included landmark buildings such as the Walkie Talkie Building and One New Change. My day to day activities included energy efficiency implication in over 10 properties, service charge forecasting, variance meetings and energy data analysis.As well as my portfolio duties I was also responsible for, alongside the sustainability manager, the implementation of ISO 50001 across the Land Securities nationwide portfolio. During this I qualified as an ISO 50001 internal auditor and we were successfully awarded the ISO 50001 certification. I have extensive experience of presenting to customers and directors. On a quarterly basis I was responsible for compiling energy reporting presentations, which were included in the cooperate quarterly reports. These reports included CRC, EPRA and general emission targets and results. I have developed knowledge of renewable energy technologies from being responsible for the registration and monitoring of ground source heat pumps, solar PV and fuel cells.

In the 4 years of my role at Broadgate Estates, I worked my way up from Assistant Energy Manager to the Energy and Environmental Manager position. I managed a team of three and an annual utility budget of £16M (20011/12).
