A boutique agency with a personal touch, working closely with Senior Hiring Managers to support them in their recruitment needs. An end to end full 360 Recruiter role, with a focus on two sectors: Retail and Marketing Communications. Specifically, I recruited for wholesale, buying, supply chain, design, technology, marketing, e-commerce, administration and everything else in retail and marcomms. Pre-screening candidates face to face before putting them forward for review to ensure both the client and candidate were fully informed and right for the role.

Working across both Selfridges Exchange Square and Selfridges Trafford Centre, my role focused on all end-to-end recruitment activity in a professional, engaging and effective manner and by living the Selfridges Values. Acting as a recruitment champion for Manchester I was responsible for sourcing, attracting and interviewing all candidates across various levels, creating a positive and welcoming experience for candidates. The role required regular meetings with key stakeholders in the business to discuss business development, recruitment strategy and attraction methods for both stores. Training and developing management, and challenging when necessary to ensure all HR procedures were being followed and to ensure we had the right teams in place to help drive the business forward.

My role was to ensure all correct procedures and admin were in place to drive recruitment activity across the store. General responsibilities were screening and sourcing, coordinating hiring events and interviews and processing offers online with business policy. A key focus here was ensuring all candidates were engaged and had an extraordinary experience, regardless of their interview outcome.
