Jamie is a skilled strategy and transformation professional with a background as a Management Consultant delivering transformational change projects across a range of industries. He is now leveraging these skills in the fight for social justice and sustainability at the Fairtrade Foundation. He is currently responsible for the design and implementation of organisational strategy as well as supporting the delivery of organisational planning and linked project initiatives. He has also spent time seconded to Fairtrade International globally acting as Chief of Staff to the Fairtrade Executive Team, supporting the design and implementation of the global Fairtrade strategy. With a foundation in supply chain transformation delivery, he also brings experience of IT enabled change, business model and operating model design, strategy definition and change management.
