A land use attorney is an integral part of any development team and I pride myself on being a dedicated professional who knows how to navigate the myriad of complex rules and relationships encountered in land development. And I am known for finding creative, cost-effective solutions to challenges that could hamper a project.I am on the Clark County Development Engineering Advisory Board, the Building Industry Association of Washington Board and Legal Committee and on the Oregon Home Builders Association Board I frequently serve on task forces, committees and groups related to land use, environmental, real estate, transportation and other development issues. In 2012 the Daily Journal of Commerce recognized me as a finalist for their Oregon Leadership in the Law award. And the Portland Business Journal bestowed me with the 40 Under 40 distinction in 2014. I love skiing, snowboarding, whitewater rafting, cooking and spending time with my family and dogs. And finally, I more than anyone am looking for the return of live music, I can talk music all day everyday.
