I oversee the day-to-day programming support of individuals with disabilities. I ensure that goals are correct for individuals served and track the data collected by staff while working the shifts. I manage and maintain current paperwork for my caseload and attend team meetings as scheduled. I manage direct care staff to ensure they are assisting the individuals with all of their current needs so that the persons served can live as independently as possible.

Overnight staff. I assist individuals with changing clothes and preparing for bed. I make sure they have anything they need and are comfortable. I stay in the house overnight to be available in case any needs arise. In the mornings, I set up and pass medications, bathe individuals, and make breakfast while maintaining their safety and dignity.
