I am a Director of Project and Cost Management in NRP.Having started in a team of three in September 2013, I now lead our team of over 70 and growing. We have a duty and obligation to make sure what we do matters, and taking responsibility for the funding that is given. It is vital we work with transparency and openness, as custodians of the public purse. With this, I have extensive experience in preparing NEC contract documents, post contract administration, commercial management and dealing with contractual matters. Recently, we have worked to bring into contracts tangeable requirements for providing, monitoring and managing Social Value and Decarbonisation (in response to the declared climate emergencies). I want our work to be enjoyable, creating a positive environment in which our colleagues can flourish and achieve their goals. I also enjoy creating contractual relationships with clients, focusing on the quality of the work and providing the greatest service possible.
