Handle the full sales cycle from identifying a new sales opportunity until closing successfully a deal, with a 60% conversation rate.• Grow the number of leads generated through networking and other sales activities. Hold networking events. Working closely with agents and brokers to promote the areas I cover.• Manage proactive sales visits to companies (potential clients) for presenting our added value services and products, as well as presenting the range of options available to suit their needs and closing the sale.• Look for new revenue opportunities to help clients run their business. Attract, train and retain the best team members. Focusing in developing new Area Managers that join our business.• Establish personal objectives for all direct reports and clearly communicate performance expectations.• Monitor performance, provide feedback and coach all team members to support their development.

As an area manager I am accountable for the financial performance of 2 sites Croydon and Bromley, maximising operating profit by delivering revenue, sales, managing costs and ensuring excellent customer service within the market.
