As a member of the Strategic Initiatives Group, I support the Army Evaluation Center’s mission to conduct independent evaluations of potential Army and Joint systems which will be used to protect and defend our Soldiers, Civilians, and Country. My role is to lead and execute special projects, providing organizational forward thinking and change to meet future missions.KEY PROJECTS: -Program Manager for an Enterprise Information Technology solution for the storage, retrieval, and analysis of Big Data and reports. -Program Manager for a Contract Vehicle Program covering five years, $500 Million and using a multi-award Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity Cost Plus Fix Fee contract.-Strategic Planner and Analyst in support of the Army Evaluation Center’s Right-Sizing reorganization leading a team of Program Specialists in executing a workload study.KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS:-Spearheaded the development of an organizational Big Data technical requirements document and collaborated with external organizations, IT specialists, and Industry Vendors.-Mentored sixteen Contracting Officer’s Representatives in the development of Task Orders to reduce execution time and more accurately capture contracting needs reducing costs.-Facilitated the Right-Sizing of Program Specialists across the organization and clearly defining roles and responsibility; resulting in a more balanced workload and superior quality products.

During my Developmental Assignment I served as a member of the Army Inspector General Inspections Team supporting the mission to inspect potential issues or areas of interest to The Inspector General and the Army in order to keep the Army Family strong.KEY PROGRAM ACTIVITIES: -Developed interview and survey questions to ascertain the practices and opinions of Army Soldiers and Civilians involved in the inspection areas of interest. -Estimated and tracked mission budget and facilitated coordination between the resident Inspector General team and approximately 50 supporting Subject Matter Experts.KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS:Spearheaded the analysis of questionnaire data and prepared strategic communications to The Inspector General detailing pertinent findings from the inspection and recommendations for improvements enabling The Inspector General to answer Army Leadership inquiries.

Functioned as a Modeling and Simulation Program Manager and analyst in support of the Army Evaluation Center's independent evaluation of Army and Joint Systems and during the last two year also supported the Command Initiative's Group.KEY PROJECTS: -Lean Six Sigma Program Manager for several Enterprise Information Technology projects focused on staffing of documents and enabling distributed team communications.-Branch Deputy and Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) lead in the Cross Command Collaboration Effort (3CE) Analytic & Evaluation Determination Branch.-Project lead and team member for multiple force-on-force Modeling and Simulation evaluation efforts to include Joint assets, urban terrain and electronic warfare.KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS:-Spurred the development of SharePoint interfaces facilitating greater distributed team situational awareness and a reduction in time required for evaluation report development.-Reduced non-value added processes and optimize organizational functions resulting in reduced costs of $140,000 yearly, shorter document staffing timelines, and greater traceability.-Authored and published papers and technical documents for internal and external consumption and represented the organization at conferences, meetings and professional forums.-Analyzed Modeling and Simulation data in order to provide decision makers with insights on system performance, supporting Army materiel purchasing decisions and identifying coding improvements for Army large system combat models.
