My previous role has been transitioned from Energizer over to the stand alone Edgewell Personal Care Company from 1st July 2015.My key responsibilities are to manage short and long term demand forecasting within JDA, liaising with key internal & external stakeholders to ensure seasonal promotional peaks and New Product Development launches are successfully achieved whilst maintaining EU Forecast Accuracy / OTIF / DII / Cost to Serve Targets, supporting the IBP process and helping the business to deliver its sales objectives. The portfolios I manage are Wilkinson Sword, Personna Private Label, Hawaiian Tropic, Banana Boat, Wet Ones, Bulldog Skincare & Jack Black Skincare products for the UK, Republic of Ireland, Nordics, Malta, Iceland & Korea (Bulldog) markets.

Responsible for short and long term Energizer Personal Care (EPC) demand forecasting within JDA, liaising with key internal & external stakeholders to ensure seasonal promotional peaks and New Product Development launches are successfully achieved whilst maintaining EU Forecast Accuracy Targets and supporting the S&OP process.My EPC portfolio covers all Wilkinson Sword, Personna Private Label, Hawaiian Tropic, Banana Boat & Wet Ones products for the UK and Nordics, whilst I also supported the NW EU Regional Demand Planning Manager with integrating Energizer Battery Brands forecasting for the Nordics into our region.

Supported CS Team Leader and Team Members via ad-hoc projects, resolving SAP EDI issues and setting up procedures & building initial Customer Service relationships with all new accounts trading with Energizer.Also, supported the UK Demand Planning Team for an interim period with production scheduling of promotional displays.

Order processing and day-to-day account problem solving. Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with external customer contacts, UK based logistics company, Central European Warehouse and other Energizer colleagues.

(Head of Hospitality Department from August-05 / Bars Manager & Licensee from December-00)Ensuring the successful operation of the in-house hospitality department within this multi-purpose venue in Buckinghamshire (Wycombe Swan Theatre, Town Hall & Oak Room).As Bars Manager, I was responsible for all day-to-day bar operations such as stock management & control, staff rotas, & maintaining relationships with National Beverage Distributors. I also managed the re-tendering process of our entire alcohol business for both the Wycombe Swan & our sister Theatre in Swindon.As Head of Hospitality, I was responsible for staff recruitment, training and development (80+ Casual Staff & 8 Full-Time). It was also my responsibility to ensure sales performance targets and expenditure budgets were met.
