Harmonization focus was on removing legacy application landscape and implementing common processes and tools into all like businesses; in this phase we had over 50 processes and application deployments. The productivity phase included redesigning processes, developing new innovative tools based on the most current technology and working based on business demand to ensure full support and readiness for change.

Gathered and analyzed all information to complete the Q-template for all SOX relevant reviews. Responsible for training all managers and associates on the new point of sale system for across the United States at new opening bakery-cafes and converting existing bakery-café to the new system. Trained management on their reporting capabilities. Troubleshoot any problems when changing out equipment to make sure each bakery-café was running smoothly with the new system.
