Research Manager
Current• Works with principal investigators and project managers to facilitate scientific research• Works with technical and nontechnical teams to coordinate and write proposals in response to federal, state, and commercial funding opportunities • Monitors project progress and proactively communicates to help correct issues• Supports project management activities • Maintains knowledge of contractual scopes of work, timelines, and required deliverables to help ensure adherence to project requirements• Coordinates with technical and support teams to develop scopes of work, plan budgets and timelines, and execute research activities• Prepares technical and nontechnical documents such as topical/progress reports, proposals, and posters; and prepares technical PowerPoint presentations
