I am an enthusiastic geoscientist at the University of North Dakota (UND) Energy and Environmental Research Center (EERC), where I develop and oversee the development of geomechanical, geophysical, and geological models of the subsurface; perform regional characterization and petrophysical analyses of geophysical well log data, interfacing with a diverse team of scientists and engineers to assess project uncertainties in oil and gas development and geologic CO2 storage. My researches focus on carbon sequestration, underground gas, and hydrogen storage, wellbore and reservoir integrity. My principal areas of interest and expertise include CO2 and gas storage, 1D/3D geomechanics modeling (MEM), enhanced oil recovery (EOR); borehole imagery analysis; 3D/4D seismic data interpretation; characterization, and modeling of naturally fractured reservoirs using core, borehole images, and seismic attributes; high-pressure mercury injection (HPMI) data analysis, core description, and thin-section analyses; basin and reservoir modeling; and petroleum system evaluation. I hold a Ph.D. degree in Petroleum Engineering from University of North Dakota (UND) and Magister and Engineer degrees in Structural Geology from Houari Boumediene Sciences and Technology University (USTHB). I am an author and coauthor of numerous professional publications.I have a genuine flair and enthusiasm for teamwork, with experience of diverse technical and cultural collaborations. I have a strong background in geology, geomechanics, geophysics, petrophysics, E&P software, and data management. I write both academic essays and technical reports to tight deadlines. I have the experience and confidence in conducting technical presentations to my peers and industrially experienced groups. I am highly responsible and efficient working practice with good organizational and time management skills. I have a logical mind and excellent numeracy skills. I am adaptable and quick learner. I speak fluently 4 languages.
