Provide human-centered design leadership to a three-year initiative across seven large, public research universities which aims to improve student career outcomes by reimagining the career readiness experience for low-income and first-generation students.- Develop project structure around organizational change best practices to generate trust and buy-in from, and among, key stakeholder groups (including university Career Services professionals) and cultivate momentum for systemic change.- Develop and lead strategic vision, design challenge, and complex design thinking framework, activities, and support across all seven cross-functional, matrixed campus teams. - Coach and lead core project team of regional fellows and manage multi-million dollar project budget, and project sponsor relationships. - Develop and facilitate in-person and virtual workshops that bring together more than 100 cross-sector professionals to empathize with students (users), generate insights - and design, prototype, and test systemic solutions to user pain points.- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative landscape and gap analysis, user experience research insights, key learnings, and outcomes from prototype and pilot testing. - Regularly present learnings and outcomes via reports and highly-visual presentations focused on storytelling project outcomes to multiple audiences of key stakeholders to garner support and inspire action to implement most promising solutions.- Partner with SHRM to recruit a diverse advisory board of Senior-Level DEI, HR, and Talent Acquisition professionals to collaborate with campuses to develop and test design solutions.- Align project goals and strategy with overall UIA organizational, alliance member university, and other stakeholder needs.- Contribute to the design of UIA strategic initiatives and products, which includes providing expertise and support to building an online community hub and playbook microsite, utilizing end-user primary research.

The "Live Smart Ohio" content hub provides a more consolidated and effective platform for blogs, videos, program information, and other relevant content. Strategically identifies, develops, and facilitates workshops and social learning opportunities on topics based upon proactive internal and external assessments. Leads cultural change by fostering continuous learning, intrapreneurship, and working differently. Accomplishments of Note:- Designed "Innovate Extension": a hackathon-style annual event created to provide an immersive and innovative social learning professional development experience for OSUE Extension professionals. - Recruits and manages a diverse, collaborative network of more than 40 partners, facilitators, and team coaches internal and external to Ohio State University to co-design and facilitate the hackathon.- Utilizes Adobe Kickbox and other design thinking principles and activities to walk teams through actionable innovation processes.- "Innovate Extension" has been adopted nationally. Included informal social learning experiences and resource sharing via twice-monthly Twitter chats, culminating in collaborative national projects to catalyze systemic change.- Co-authored and published "We've Tried that Before", an anthology book of wisdom for Extension professionals. Mobilized and managed a team of more than 30 Extension professionals from 15 institutions to co-author the book. Co-authors included Directors and administrators and were mobilized by the EdTechLN network.
