Currently working in the Memphis, TN facilility assisting with verification and due to increased workloads with the closure of the CA facility. Direct and coordinate the activities of employees engaged in the order processing/verification of product. Read and analyze reports, production schedules and other information in order to determine production needs to meet the daily production output goals. In an order fulfillment and distribution environment, the quality department's purpose was to inspect and audit customer orders based on % of daily volumes (24K - 35k orders per day) Identified improvements for Quality inspections and inducted inspections into the picking process prior to packing out to evaluate a true measurement of accuracy in random audits and a 10% reduction in errors. Increased units per Man-hour from 85 to 112. Increased inspection and audits to 15% of orders shipped. Reduction of missing items, wrong items and poor packaging by 10%, reduced labor cost from 33% to 26% of sales.Evaluated internal reports for inspection processes and percentage of random audits to sales. Continued training for the company in the Irvine, CA facility and assisted with the sale of this division to Q-Media.
