Responsible for hardware testing and stock management. I was testing returned videogame products bought by the company such as consoles, console controllers, videogames, audio equipment and other various electronic goods. I also had to manage the stock in order to prioritise goods to test so they could either be fixed and sold or if working cleaned and sold. As well as to give inventory to the person in charge of selling the working products.

I gained customer service experience handling phone calls with clients and email communication. HTML and CSS programming websites until PHP and MySQL programming was needed in which it was handed over to the senior programmer. Throughout this process, I would use the Company ticket system and work log to record my work and calls made.

I learned device encryption using BitLocker and how to install business Software. I learned how to use an in house profile backup and restoration tool. As well as use Service Now to maintain CMDB and asset information.
