I have the most exciting opportunity to be a part of an industry where Idaho is leading the Nation, in Digital Title and Registrations. I get to use my decades of DMV knowledge and stand on the other side, partnering with Dealerships and the Idaho Transportation Dept. to create this incredible experience not only for the customer purchasing the vehicle and them having the ability to Register instantly at the Dealership, but for our Dealerships to digitally sign, and transfer ownership, all through our Vitu portal in partnership with ITD. I have the opportunity to travel, train, and network in venues I have never experienced. Having the opportunity to learn how Dealerships work on the 'other side' is very interesting and eye opening for me. I am currently serving as the Southern/Eastern Idaho Account Executive to train and support all the Dealerships contracted with us. I am also acting as Customer Service for our Dealerships that have questions or need a little assistance and Auditor, checking documents before sending to DMV to issue.
