Having to identify ensure that all the requested terms from all parties are fair to one another, worded correctly for implementation and subsequent review and signature Not only dealing with Assured Shorthold Tenancies but also agreements from outside the Housing Act were dealt with, ensuring that Short-Lets, Company Lets, Garage Agreements all had an agreement for their needs.Looking through agreements that were from an outside source (not the companies own), identifying misleading clauses, recommendations of additional clauses to be entered, ensuring the right agreement is formed for all parties. It was within the role of being a contracts administrator that I was also asked to be the: Fire Marshall, First Aider, Health & Safety Representative our office with the responsibility for 70+ people. It was also during my time as a Contracts Administrator that I gained my ARLA qualification (May 2013). -
