As a student assistant, I have conducted research on the impact of online education on the job satisfaction and well-being of university professors. My tasks included conducting literature reviews, conducting interviews, developing a survey, analyzing the data and writing a paper.

As a test specialist, I was involved in the construction of the IEP Doorstroomtoets and the skills Reading and Writing for the State Exams in Dutch as a Second Language (Nt2). Additionally, I conducted quantitative research on the relationship between student scores in mathematics, reading, and language skills on one hand, and creative ability, socio-emotional development, and learning approach on the other hand. I successfully completed my internship with a 9/10.

As a content writer, I was responsible for various tasks, including supporting project coordination, conducting quality checks, labeling educational content, developing an AI-model, and writing explanations for the answers of the central exams.

As a student-confidential, I served as the point of contact for fellow students facing unwanted behavior. Following a confidential conversation, I was responsible for deciding whether or not to refer students for further assistance.

As a member of the Programme Committee, I provided advice on educational policy, curriculum development, and educational initiatives. Additionally, I was responsible for summarizing course and assessment evaluations and actively participated in the recruitment process of new student members.

The Pedagogical Sciences Committee arranges study-related activities. As the Commissioner of Promotion, I had a specific responsibility for promotion and marketing, including activities on social media and the website.

As a member of the Search Committee, I engaged in discussions with members about job profiles for vacant positions, ensuring that both board and non-board roles within the association are filled. The Search Committee reports to the Candidates Committee and is accountable during the congress.

As the secretary of the department board, I was responsible for a department with over 500 members. Some of my tasks included managing emails, composing the monthly newsletter, maintaining the website, ensuring members' privacy, and taking minutes during board meetings. Additionally, I took on a supportive role internally as the vice-chair and a representative role externally.

Throughout this program, I conducted research on the representation of young people in the Provincial States and regional water authorities as part of the organization 'Stem op een Jongere.' Additionally, this program included training sessions, masterclasses, and field visits to civil society organizations such as UNICEF, Coalition-Y, the Youth Climate Movement, and the Social and Economic Council (SER).

As a Youth Ambassador, I provided advice on how educational materials for secondary education can be better tailored to the youth's perspective. The final outcome was a manifesto outlining values and criteria that educational material developers should consider when creating learning resources.

During my internship at the Oosterhout municipality, I focused on low literacy, improving the municipality's communication, and the Social Support Act (Wmo). My tasks included conducting research, analyzing research data, maintaining communication with other municipalities and external partners, and creating project plans. I received a grade of 9/10 for my internship.
