➢ Managing the division of Exam Trainings:Manager, with one eye on the budget and one eye on the quality of service, of the team which organizes exam trainings. Hiring and supervising employees who take part in the organizing team wtih various subtasks, including customer contact, logistics, developing training materials (38 different subjects) and recruitment, selection and training of instructors (pool of 1,500 instructors). Extend the exam trainings to other locations and cities throughout the Netherlands by making contact and liaise with universities, colleges and secondary schools. Develop and pursue short and long term business goals together with the other program managers (Sales, Marketing, Secondment) and the operational management.➢ Organizing exam trainings for 15,000 pupils: Foreman in the organizing team of exam trainings. Ensure that the different aspects of the organization coincide at the right time: skilled and trained instructors, high quality teaching materials and a well-oiled logistics operation, so that each pupil receives an excellent exam training. ➢ Project leader product development:Startup and manage new educational projects such as the development of new learning materials for refresh courses, math and language test training and online assessments, for Lyceo, secondary schools, colleges and universities.

➢ Managing e-learning projects: Content and technical management (from concept to implementation) of multimedia e-learning projects for companies like ING, Achmea, Eureko, Ahold, Bosch Siemens Haushaltgeräte, ARAG, Dow Chemical, etc. Responsible for scheduling, budget management and customer relations, in consultation with content experts, focus groups and project stakeholders and partners.➢ Line manager product development team:Leading a team of educational developers, (freelance) visual designers and programmers in Rotterdam (ISM Learning), Utrecht (InBrain) and Zhytomir (Learning Projects Team - Ukraine). Conduct assessment and performance evaluations. Report to the business unit manager.➢ E-learning expert:Give advice to the business unit manager about vision and policy for the short and long term with regard to e-learning. Transform innovative ideas about learning into concrete actions and priorities. Give presentations at seminars.

➢ Managing educational projects:Startup, management and evaluation of the development of on- and offline learning materials and applications for industry associations. As a writer and programmer responsible for textually and visually powerful online learning environments, in collaboration with experts, content specialists, advisory committees and focus groups.➢ Relationship management and liaising with contractors and customers:Connect with subcontractors (programmers, photographers, printers, designers ...) and coordinate activities. Carefully monitor customer requirements to be able to anticipate quickly to changes and innovations. ➢ Give trainings and presentations:Provide training on how to deal with the newly developed learning environments and applications. Presenting these learning environments and applications to committees and potential customers.

➢ Writing practice texts and searching for relevant historical sources.➢ Developing exercises and instructional manuals on the basis of the developed teaching materials.➢ Attending meetings where the text contents and structures are discussed and corrected.

➢ Teaching: Subjects like (art) history, Dutch, geography and science, at all secondary school levels.➢ Coordinating educational reform:• Language policy: create a stimulating learning environment for language impaired students in order to counteract dropout and increase chances on the labor market. • Modular education: Conversion to a modular system for the theoretical courses.• Equal Educational Opportunities: Help teachers cope with a multi-cultural school and anti-social behavior.➢ Coach pupils council: Guiding and coaching the weekly meetings of the pupils council and the various activities that the pupils organize.
