I've worked across multiple industries and have cultivated success in each. I'm accustomed to relationship building from C level down to the frontline and understand that empathy and strategy work hand in hand when building that trust. I have a Professional Sales certification from the University of Alabama that has prepped me for any client, any product. The automotive industry is bearing witness to some of the most transformative changes it has ever seen in the modern era. In my current role, my goal is to act as both an advocate and consultant to my clients during this change. I speak confidently on behalf of them because I take the time to truly get to know their individual businesses.My experience in SaaS has also been transformative. As technology evolves, so do the solutions and the people. Growing pains and unfamiliarity can bring uncertainty and distrust towards newer technology such as AI and consumer data tracking.
