-Active member of the 2022-2023 for The SAE School Cognia Accreditation Team, gathering artifacts for accreditation and implementing growth plan of actions for low scoring categories. -Created a Formative Intervention Resource Education (F.I.R.E.) Program for students facing remediation and students with IEPs or 504s in need of additional instruction time.-Creates and modifies a school-wide schedule based on teacher absences and restructuring of staff, along with the strategic placement of staff within the program for students based on needs in each grade level, to assist with classroom instruction and conducting small group instruction-Creates instructional groupings for academically critical students based on standardized testing scores and classroom assessments. -Develops and implements a training strategy with corresponding curriculum to achieve academic goals with an instructional design adapted for both hybrid remote learning and in-person experience-Collaborates with leadership team, educators and parents to develop a system to monitor the performance and duties of over 30 teachers and over 150 students on a monthly basis-Created the SAE School chapter of The National Junior Beta Club-Yearbook Coordinator

-Organizes the NWEA Map Testing Data platform for each testing year including inputting student and staff information.-Analyzes NWEA Map Data for each testing term and created portfolios for the School Board exhibiting student growth and teacher performance for standardized testing-Holds quarterly data meetings with educators to adjust instructional practices to ensure 2-5 point growth for students. -Holds continuous trainings focused on monthly targeted goals based on summative assessments within the classroom curriculums
