The lead member of the HBCUI management team and a partner to the National Park Service team in supporting students during their 10/11-week HBCUI internship experience. Led all efforts to liaise with interns during their internship experience and worked closely with NPS staff to ensure interns are supported and coached towards success during and after the program. Managed a portfolio of interns during their internship, including weekly contact, managing intern support, coordinating materials and training, and the administrative aspects of internship management. Collaborated with other partners to plan and prepare for the annual Career and Leadership Workshop. Built relationships with various partners to sustain program quality that supports the growth and scale of the HBCUI program. Responsible for all assessments, evaluations, and reporting.

Serve as acting Program Manager in the entrepreneurship and micro-enterprise loan program.
