My journey has been anything but linear, but it’s one that I wouldn’t trade for anything. I’ve always been driven by two core passions: creating products that people love and helping individuals reach their full potential. I’m blessed to have been able to weave these passions together throughout my career.With a psychology degree from the University of Southern California and manufacturing management credentials from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising, I've had the opportunity to work in diverse roles over the course of my career. My experience spans across product development and people management. I've done the job of many of the people I coach which helps me understand what it will take to accomplish their goals and uncover their differentiating superpower.My professional journey has taught me the immense value of a talented, diverse, and engaged team. I firmly believe that no organization can achieve its goals or fulfill its vision without the collective efforts of its people. Throughout my career, I've worked to create environments where individuals are encouraged to grow, both personally and professionally.
