Designing initiatives that reinforce core values. Facilitating conflict resolution and team events. Participating in the Sustainability and JEDI teams.Supporting Organizational Development: Partnering with the COO to guide organizational structure, systems, and succession planning. Advising on HR best practices and future trends. Providing guidance on operating systems and policies. Driving continuous improvement in organizational effectiveness. Advising on development and succession plans that align with long-term strategy. Driving Talent Solutions: Leading talent management, performance, and engagement strategies. Advising on talent composition to meet business objectives. Overseeing talent acquisition and hiring processes. Facilitating performance coaching and professional development.
