- Develop complete marketing plans for album and EP roll- outs while also managing project budgets and production delivery deadlines for artists like VanJess, Buddy, Victoria Monét, Ro James, Samaria, and BJ the Chicago Kid- Coordinate with departments across the label including, digital marketing, publicity, sales & streaming, brand partnerships, radio and international marketing to build upon the brand of each artist on my roster- Create marketing activations that touch artists’ fans in real life that can be mirrored by digital marketing and publicity campaigns- Create an artist’s brand from the ground up via help with all creative elements of an album campaign including styling, photoshoots, music videos, and short form content development
