• Responsible for maintaining the company's IT network.• Servers installations, managing the Active directory, Users rolls & permissions and firewall servers.• Support for CCTV (Backups, Troubleshooting and connectivity issues).• Diagnoses and resolves end-user network or local printer problems, PC hardware problems and mainframe, e-mail, Internet and local-area network access problems.• aScTimetables scheduling software support and training for staff to Enter Details Subjects, Classes, Classrooms, Teachers and Contracts. With timetable generation and verification along with reports what subject being taught and how many times a week.• Providing training programs to the customers for using the different software and hardware products.• Implementation and support for ERP system (Orison School System).• Key Duties as MIS Administration:• To ensure that all pupil records on MIS are correct;• To assist with MIS training for new staff and INSET for existing staff;• To edit, match and upload pupil and staff photos to MIS at the start of, and during, the school year;• To provide staff with information from MIS, in various forms, as reasonably requested;• To set up MIS reporting and assessment cycles as required;• To set up MIS Tracking sheets as required;• To print, collate and distribute draft and final reports and report cards in line with the published schedule and assist with checking them;• To assist with the analysis of data in MIS Tracking Manager;• To monitor the recording of attendance throughout the School ensuring that the records are up to date and complete at all times and to “pre-mark” registers, for reporting as appropriate to the Senior Management Team;• To create and maintain user-defined groups in MIS for items such as school trips and to enter attendance marks in advance of school trips, exam leave etc;• To build and maintain MIS reports as required; and to raise cases with MIS Technical Support as required.
