Facilities Operations:• Responsible for total facility maintenance and operation service • Developing annual plans to manage facilities as per organizational needs, managing inventory of materials and handling procurement of the same in the desired time frame.• Preparing Breakdown analysis reports and review with Sub-Ordinates• Preparing SOP’s for Facility / Asset Management.

Administration:• Overseeing all administrative tasks across the different departments, including, maintenance of premises, co-ordination, procurement, formulation of contracts• Evaluating offers, hold techno-commercial discussion & finalization of contracts.• Developing dedicated & alternate vendor source for, achieving cost effective procurement of consumables; managing facilities operations and process per standards.• Minimizing breakdown by awareness development in technicians about preventive maintenance.• Preparing various reports like maintenance report, weekly reports, monthly management reports• Ensuring an adequate supply of materials and service for the proper operation of the buildings and enter into supply and service contracts in coordination with contracts / Stores and Purchase department.
