Customer Service Representative
Current- During my time at my time at Mira Showers I have gone from a trainee customer representative to a multi-skilled customer representative with the ability to deal with difficult technical queries raised by our customers.
- Assisting clients with new and existing orders.
- Setting up engineer visits.
- Complaint handling – complaints can stem from clients and installers. These complaints can be could be of varying technical nature which requires me to think on my feet, to act as a single point of failure on that.
- Setting up insurance policies while adhering to regulated compliance.
