I was one of the first 5 employees and helped develop our company’s ERC program, connecting small to medium sized businesses with COVID relief/reimbursement funds through the Employee Retention Credit program. Helped build and transition the infrastructure of our ERC process from Microsoft 365 shared drives (helped develop the excel calculator we use) to Unqorked (FLOW). After helping to develop our submission process, I transitioned over to develop and run the compliance process used to ensure that we are following the IRS guidelines completely and ensuring that our clients will be able to easily respond to any future audit inquiries.

Proficient in analyzing complex data from multiple sources in order to determine if loans fall inside or outside of current investor guidelines. Created daily reports for the team and for other departments by sorting and organizing data from salesforce and excel. These reports served to find needs that had not been met or had been overlooked and helped assign those tasks to various employees, depending on the necessary skillset.Finally, I helped lead our department through a merger/integration in 2022. This included training the employees who were switching systems on data mining and visualization through our CRM program to ensure continued success.
