I specialize in in-person data collection within our Chicago lab but assist in many other aspects of our research. To date, I have aided with recruitment for both in-home and in-person studies, testing programs and software to ensure high-quality experiences for our participants, and cleaning data to expedite the turnaround time from data collection to.

I developed a recruitment strategy for Covalent’s non-profit fellowship leading to 50+ applicants nationally. My team and I screened applicants for their cognitive, emotional, and personality skills through Wonderlic assessments.

I grew three social media accounts to over 1,300 followers using tailored social strategies and implementation tactics. We developed and optimized our website using Google Analytics and SEO resulting in 42,000 views in six months. I, along with other fellows, completed a two-week training program using marketing and advertising strategies for a small.
