After my side role of Sales Administration for NetDocuments overtook my Account Manager role, I assumed the broader role of Business Operations. In addition to being a primary contact between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Billing, this included managing the NetDocuments Inside Sales Team and our newly formed Business Development Team. My primary strength and overall responsibility in these roles is to develop and maintain efficient sales processes as NetDocuments continues to grow.

My primary role during this period was new sales and account management, but when NetDocuments started using Salesforce a few years ago I developed a knack for reporting and lead/customer analytics. These skills landed me the side role of sales administration and reporting. I managed the recording of new sales, organic growth opportunities, and assisted heavily in financial reporting. I loved the number crunching and recognition of purchase patterns that assisted with expansion/focus on particular industries.

This included managing partner expectations, training events, and updating partners with what was new or upcoming at NetDocuments. I also managed different levels of partnership agreements, tracked lead registration and partner sales.

Cold contacted potential customers through door to door sales, informing prospects of our product and walking them through how to protect their home and family with an alarm system. I educated and trained customers on new alarm technology and the benefits of the newest technology. Offered better service and better product to those that had an alarm currently and ultimately convinced customers to cancel their current service to obtain new service and equipment through Pinnacle Security.

I made outbound sales calls to partially qualified leads and sold them on Pinnacle Security alarm service. Oftentimes, I would fully qualify a customer in a single phone call at which point I would commit them to a service agreement and have a technician scheduled to install the same afternoon. I was able to use my extensive understanding of the service to justify the cost and used my easy-going personality to gain customer referrals.

I recruited, trained, and managed technicians in the installation of home security systems while traveling to the above mentioned cities. With many offices being temporary, I assisted in setting up housing and the office as well as taking down the office. I held daily meetings to manage inventory, continue training, and offer daily incentives. I was the primary connection between the company, the technicians, the sales reps and sales managers. Managed many levels of communication from conference calls, to text messages and emails. Performed weekly inspections and follow up with new customers and relaying constructive information to better the technicians skills.

I worked on many teams of subcontractors that included general cleanup, concrete, excavation, and framing.
