II am the Creative Director for Yoga Buzz, a St. Louis based non-profit that seeks to aid in community wellness through increased access to yoga for under-represented demographics. We offer accessibility based yoga events and trauma informed yoga teacher certification courses. I create all of the art work, photo and video, for the organization's marketing purposes. In addition I help run the social media accounts and handle day to day marketing work. It's an interesting work environment, requiring a lot of interpersonal communication and initiative at a quickly evolving company. I finished an M.A. in media communications from Webster University in December of 2013. After receiving my bachelor's degree in photography I worked as a personal trainer for some time. I moved to Thailand to attend Webster University's Bangkok campus and almost two years later moved back to St. Louis to finish my graduate degree. I have a strong background in production, having served as both online and photo editor of The Journal, Webster's student newspaper. I also have a varied skill set in marketing and media research, with good international experience.
