Utilizing AutoCAD, drafting of seismic sensor layouts for buildings & structures throughout California.

▪ Utilized Autodesk Inventor Pro 2012 to complete product catalog while creating a custom template to mimic previous product catalog layout.

▪ Drafted numerous on-site/off-site improvement plan sets, boundary line adjustments, ALTA/ACSM, tentative subdivision maps as well as various plats and exhibits.▪ Utilized Adobe Photoshop to increase the visual appeal of a variety of exhibits.

▪ Designed graphic presentations and exhibits using a blend of AutoCAD, Photoshop & Illustrator.▪ Using Autodesk Land Desktop Development (LDD), drafted numerous improvement plan sets, construction documents, and survey plats.▪ Developed base maps containing easements, property boundary lines & existing utilities derived from title documents, available county and corporate GIS data sets & DEM's in conjunction with TIFF aerial photography and survey point data.

▪ Utilizing a total station, performed commercial and residential site surveys as well as residential construction staking.▪ Using Autodesk LDD, modeled and modified existing topography for use in new construction staking operations.▪ Creation of improvement plan sets, boundary line adjustments, ALTA/ACSM, tentative subdivision maps, 500’ radial maps, as well as a variety of plats and exhibits.

▪ Utilizing Autodesk AutoCAD, drafted and revised numerous plan sets, details, exhibits, schedules & tables for a diverse team of multi-disciplined engineers.▪ Drafted numerous CYA facilities in AutoCAD format that were not available in any digital medium. It was my primary duty as an A&E student to “import/redraw” with a high level of detail, plans from vellum sets.▪ Created drawing templates for a standardized look.
