I've worked in the legal field - originally as a legal word processor - for some 30 years.I have a reputation as a very patient trainer. My primary goal is to make users feel comfortable with (and even enjoy!) software. I teach at an easy-to-follow pace, and I provide a "safe" classroom environment where people aren't afraid to ask questions or make mistakes.For many years, I taught computer classes for legal professionals through UCLA Extension (UNEX) and conducted "Computers for Seniors" workshops via The Osher Institute for Lifelong Learning at UNEX. I've given presentations for LegalTech Los Angeles, the Beverly Hills Bar Association, and several legal secretaries' groups. I came to computers somewhat late in life.
