I am excited to share that we will support the implementation of a cell centric shopfloor organization in the Brazilian plants of Belgo, the joint venture between Arcelor Mittal and Bekaert. This high performing organizational model (HPO)will increase the capability, autonomy and sense of ownership of all shopfloor people. Self steering cell teams will engage on a daily base to identify and eliminate losses, which are linked with the desired business outcome. Servant leadership behavior will drive this HPO. It will result in increased OEE, less downtime losses, less speed losses and less quality losses. The fully engaged team will clearly see the link between their activities and the improved business outcome.
