• Representing Brussels Airlines within the Lufthansa Group for Heavy Maintenance, long-term planning, ac availability, maintenance records, base maintenance contracts and tenders. Responsible for the Records Administration team and the Base Maintenance Technical Representatives.• Representing the Maintenance & Engineering Department in the long-term planning meetings with Network Planning and Flight Ops.

• Responsible for Technical Representatives team, in charge of the heavy maintenance projects follow-up abroad for all Brussels Airlines aircraft (approx. 45 A/C) • Responsible for the Technical Records Administrator team, archiving and reviewing all maintenance paperwork. • In creating and updating the long-term heavy maintenance planning for the whole fleet: frequent internal and external contacts on RFQ’s, contracts and process improvements.

• Responsible for the manpower planning team for all production staff within the Brussels Airlines Technical Department. Overviewing training needs and required staffing to guarantee optimal daily operations. • Responsible for the maintenance planning of light, base and heavy maintenance on the Bae 146/RJ, the A319 & the A330 fleet as MOE Certified Maintenance Planner. Insourcing of the A330 maintenance planning.• Improved and structured the manpower planning for the Brussels Airlines production personnel (approx. 180 FTE’s).

• Responsible for follow-up of all aircraft phase-in and phase-out projects on site and in Brussels of leased Thomas Cook aircraft: lease contract follow-up and negotiation, technical records and aircraft inspection, sign-off (power of attorney) on delivery and redelivery of aircrafts from/to owners.• Expat experience as TC representative at different MRO's, for: Dublin - Ireland (FLS), Bordeaux - France (Sogerma), Monastir - Tunis (Sogerma), Abu Dhabi - UAE (Gamco now Etihad Airways Engineering), a.o.• Responsible for organizing technical training.• Administrator for AMOS (MRO follow-up system) during first implementation. • Produced future fleet development schedule for TCAB resulting in one aircraft more per summer (cost-effective for charter operation) and the ability to reduce the fleet by two aircrafts per year without extra cost in case of for example an economic crisis.• Developed a procedure to have all aircraft records “delivery ready” at all times hence saving on one-time costs during redelivery processes.

Temporary contract - Assisting in the preparation of a B737 aircraft phase out project.

• Preparation of aircraft (B737-800) and its technical records for handover.

• Organisation of maintenance support at the outstations. Maintenance planning for B737 / B767 / A300-600 fleet.
