During my last year at university I started working part-time for a small e-commerce start up founded by a friend of mine. From the very beginning I supported my friend and his business partner with launching the platform.

When I was offered a full-time contract, I moved to Nottingham to work from their headquarters. I conducted fieldwork, data analysis, translations and presented results to clients. Since I was the only German speaking employee my main focus was our German speaking clients, which quite often also involved travelling to Switzerland and Germany.

During my last year at school I supported instinct laboratory with research and translation work.

I represented Germany in the 2010 and 2012 Kayak Freestyle European Championships.
