Responsible for weekly preparation and running of payroll using JD Edwards Enterprise One 9.1. Also, responsible for setting up new employees, making any changes to current employees set up, terming of employees in the Edwards system, preparing tax payments, child support payments, garnishments, setting up of direct deposits, verifying benefit deductions are being deducted properly and recording those on Excel spreadsheets for payment submission to vendors.

First line of help for employees throughout the country when having any computer related issues. Would log and assign help desk tickets to the IS techs so the problems could be resolved.

Responsible for preparation of court reporters transcripts (included billing, copying, distribution to parties involved), accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing of office supplies and court reporter supplies.
