Board member, global financial leader, chief accounting officer, and PwC Partner, with more than 35 years of experience dealing with financial reporting and complex business transactions. In 2019, Ms. Hauser joined the Board of Directors of Vonage, a global business cloud communications leader, and served as Audit Committee Chair until July 2022, when Vonage was acquired. Jan is also the Audit Committee Chair for Enfusion, a newly listed NYSE FinTech company. In addition, Jan joined the Board of Directors of Magna in 2022 and serves on the Audit Committee. Jan is a seasoned C-suite leader who has partnered with multiple CEOs and CFOs during challenging business conditions. Her 20 years as a PwC partner coupled with her SEC experience and her role as GE’s Chief Accounting Officer gives her deep insight into a multitude of business issues and regulatory matters. She played an integral role in multiple mergers, acquisitions, and divestures and led through demanding times involving strategic, operational and technical challenges. Known for unyielding integrity, Ms. Hauser was a candid advisor to board members on financial reporting, business strategies, and operational matters.Prior to GE, Ms. Hauser was a Partner in the National Office of PwC, serving as a senior technical resource on multiple topics. In addition, she led diversity efforts for the National Office and served on the U.S. Partner Admissions Committee. Early in her career, Ms. Hauser was selected for a two-year fellowship in the Office of the Chief Accountant at the SEC where she gained valuable insight into the regulatory environment, greatly expanded her network and broadened her accounting, financial reporting and business knowledge.
