About Jan Hyde

I have been a registered nurse for over 40 years. Varied hospital and community nursing experience which has also included education. Have a huge passion for palliative and end of life care nursing. I believe that everyone should experience a good death,die where they wish to,and with their family all around. I have a particular interest in dementia since my mum was diagnosed with vascular dementia. It's not just about the condition but how to live well.I retired at 60 but still currently working as a clinical nurse specialist in palliative care in an acute trust 2 days a week
