Improving output and results through clear goals and implemented strategies are my main professional aim. Educated in economics, business economics and corporate law, and with certifications in project and programme management, I have for more than 25 years managed a number of unusual and demanding projects in a wide range of fields, mainly• sustainable working life and decent working conditions• strategy, governance and organization• project and concept development• external quality assurance.Some examples are compliance with the Norwegian Transparency Act, improving project models and processes, scenario based strategies, clarifying roles and responsibilities, assisting municipality mergers, and external quality assurance of New Combat Aircraft Programme for the Norwegian Armed Forces, and New Local Hospital in the Nordmøre and Romsdal region. The projects involve managing teams of up to 15 members, usually with considerable involvement of clients and other stakeholders through process management and facilitation. I’ve also been much sought after as speaker and lecturer. Clients and colleagues describe me as quick-witted, precise and clear orally and in writing, structured, constructive and helpful.
