Since 2006, I have served as a Branch Manager for Polam Federal Credit Union. We believe that helping people enrich their financial well-being and attain their goals is the best reward a company can receive. With this in mind, we have dedicated ourselves to providing premiere products and services to help our members reach these goals faster. We take pride in our ability to meet our members’ needs and offer advice that serves the sole purpose of creating financial growth and stability. I was initially hired at the Redwood City, CA branch; after a year, I was promoted to Branch Manager, and relocated to Connecticut to manage the New Britain branch. I provide leadership and coaching in all aspects of customer service, relationship building, and supporting business growth in a financial services environment. I have maintained the business at high levels of profitability, consisting meeting revenue and expense goals during career.I have experience with administration of sales, operational efficiency, internal control, relationship management, and HR management. I have a consultative sales approach, and I am skilled in developing and cultivating external sales opportunities through business networking and community involvement while ensuring departments meet or exceed credit union goals and objectives. I am committed to both delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive work environment where employees feel valued and engaged.
