Serve as contact person for all agencies and others with business dealings concerning the Board of Selectmen's activities.Provides assistance and administrative support to the Select Board.Serve as the focal point for inquiries from the public, public and private organizations, assessors, and employees concerning information about the operation of the town offices.Work harmoniously with elected and appointed Town officials, the public, public agencies and their staffs, the media and private organizations.Coordinate the daily administrative functions of the office of Selectmen. Keeps Selectmen apprised of ongoing activities/situations within the town.Prepare the Annual Town Report, Town Meeting Warrants, MS forms and any other forms, and reports required by the State including Workman's Compensation Claims and Safety Reports.Prepare the Agenda for all Board of Selectmen meetings in conjunction with the Chair of the Board and provide Board members with whatever background information that may be required. Post meetings as required by law. Attend Board meetings, summarize minutes of meetings and post as required by law.Periodically and upon request provide Board members and department managers with financial status reports they need to efficiently monitor and control expenditures.Perform research as required for various Town projects,Prepare press releases and reports as required, handle Selectmen's correspondence, and make appointments for Selectmen in conjunction with the Chair of the Board.Coordinate preparation of the Town budget and its daily administration; analyzes expenditure trends and report potential problems to the Selectmen. Complete and submit required budget forms and reports to the State.Represent the Town in meeting with State officials if requested to by the Board.Identify and bring legal issues to the attention of the Town Attorney and the Board of Selectmen

Plan, develop, and manages comprehensive town wide youth programming including after school and vacation programming, 8 week youth summer program, sports program, special events, adult recreation, and other programs as added.Develop new recreational activities to meet the needs of the community, while enhancing existing programs.Promotes and maintains positive community relations and meets with community groups to gather ideas and discuss plans.Maintain accurate and up-to-date files on all programming and participants and ensures the proper registration and collection of fees for all programs.Recruit, train, schedule, and oversee staff and volunteers for all programs as well as perform annual evaluations.Perform annual inventory of Afterschool and Summer program equipment.Provides for risk management practices; ensures safety rules, regulations, and procedures are followed.Manage the Recreation website and social media pages and markets programs.Manage Recreation Budget.Organize 3 season sports program during school year, which includes but is not limited to: soliciting and providing support to all coaches, organizing practice and game schedules, issuing equipment and uniforms, performing a yearly inventory of equipment and seasonal inventory of uniforms, and maintaining relations with other town recreation directors.Oversee maintenance of town’s recreation facilities (basketball courts, playground, tennis courts, baseball fields, skating rink, lights in park).Oversee management, budgeting, and staffing of town pool.

As an Adventure Center Guide I get the opportunity to lead group hikes in the White Mountains as well as teach guests the intricacies of fly fishing. It affords me a chance to share my passions.

Managed all day group sales for the ski resort including domestic and international clients as well as managed all off-site ticket programs including lodging establishments, shops, ski clubs, and corporate clients. Represented the resort at industry events throughout the east coast.
