As the Security Cooperation Coordinator, my role involves collaborating with the Bilateral Affairs Officer to support the Security Cooperation (SC) enterprise, providing effective solutions to United States Department of Defense representatives and senior Diplomats at the U.S. Embassy. In conjunction with the host nation, I represent and engage with senior civilian and military officials at the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Slovenia. My responsibility includes managing programs to align and integrate SC activities, standardize SC programs, enhance enterprise efficiency, and strengthening the bilateral military alliance. To include focusing on regional cooperation through defense and military engagements, as well as advisory and information-sharing efforts, ensures the success of programs across the theater.

Company has provided adequate training for me to provide security for the staff at the U.S. Embassy in Ljubljana, Slovenia. My work varied on day to day operations and the needs of the Regional Security Officer (RSO). My work consisted by not limited to;▪ Provide physical security for U.S. Embassy and U.S. Government employees.▪ Provide daily reports to RSO on any suspicious activities such as surveillance or intelligence gathering.▪ Execute security checkpoints at the Embassy.▪ Escorting high valued goods.▪ Perform any other duties identified by the guard contractor or the RSO.
