As Technical Account Manager at Manta, I was the main technical point of contact for partners and customers, focussing on improving their governance and metadata environments. As a Principal Advanced Support Engineer at Oracle, I was instrumental in providing high level technical support and strategic advice across the EMEA region, focussing on Oracle's extensive product range. My expertise covered a wide range of Oracle technologies including Oracle Database (9i/10g/11g/12c), Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC), Oracle Automatic Storage Management (ASM), Oracle Data Guard, Oracle Exadata and Oracle Grid Infrastructure. This knowledge was essential for high availability, disaster recovery and ensuring peak performance of database systems. I was particularly involved in projects that utilised the advanced features of Oracle 12c, such as pluggable databases for multi-tenant architectures, which provided customers with scalable and efficient database solutions.
