I am currently employed at The Warehouse in the role of Price Integrity and I am also doing administrative work for Fine Travel on a casual employment agreement, so very busy.Prior to this I was with Air New Zealand as a Contact Care Consultant.Details of my job at Bayleys Real Estate Whitianga was as System Administration Manager. Job description covered a wide range:• Customer care, service, support – personally, electronically and by phone• Work for an office of 13 staff at Whitianga and support additional out of office agents in Pauanui/Thames/Ngatea district plus assist with problem solving for additional franchise in Bayleys Thames when required.• Coordination of most staff requirements from Database, Newletters, Trouble shooting, Newspaper Media : quoting, design, pagination, problem solving. Advertising design for miscellaneous requirements.• Digital Media, Facebook, Web - use of Kentico.• Setting up campaigns and loading listings in Property Suite : Super User. Plus maintaining the back office system.• Setting up new staff through bCentral and additional requirements eg business cards, office set ups – printers, phones, dle’s, stickers, signs, support. • Proposals, Pre-List Kits etc• I have great multi-tasking skills and attention to detail. I have a background in tourism and the travel industry. Systems used CRS/Serko / Tour Writer.Plus Retail Store Manager experience. Plus Freelance Assistant at Dreamland Design Ltd.
