Datacenter Engineer for the EMEA regional datacenter of MSD. I am responsible for everything hardware related: installation and initial configuration of devices, support in case of issues, asset and capacity management, ...I am also heavily involved with a global MSD program to audit, remediate and sustain the MSD Local Computer Rooms according to in-house standards. I gave input to develop these standards, helped to start up the program, reach out to sites, perform audits to look for gaps (remote and onsite) and implement solutions, and give long-term support (sustainability).

Third line engineer at Brussels Airlines. Configure and install desktops, laptops and printers. Regular ticket printer maintenance. Solve user issues with software and hardware.

I worked at the EDS-division in the former Opel factory in Antwerp. My daily task consisted of maintaining, repairing and replacing the peripherals critical for production. Printers, scanners, telephones, PC's, PLC's and micro controllers. I also did some network support: monitoring, configuration of switches/routers and physical installations.

Technical-commercial employee in a computer shop called Computers and Networks Belgium. I was head of the technical division (building, configuration, installation and troubleshooting of computers). Another part of my task was welcoming customers, giving them information they requested and of course selling computers and peripherals.
