I provide specialist advice for high-net-worth individuals, including wills, trusts and estate matters (including dealing with disputed estates).I also advise on the law as it affects elderly clients, including powers of attorney, mental capacity issues, Court of Protection matters and Statutory Wills.I am a founder member of Solicitors for the Elderly and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) UK Practice Committee. I serve on the President’s Working Group on Non-Contentious Probate Rules and am also a member of the Practical Law Company’s Private Client consultation board. I also serve on the HMRC Agents Advisors Group (AAG) for trusts and estates, focusing on inheritance and capital gains tax.
