Web and social media lead for Ready.gov – the federal government’s flagship all hazard (including COVID-19 response) preparedness campaign- managed social media platforms and strategy, graphics, analytics, and 508 compliance. Managed web content for 12 languages on Ready.gov where I consolidated, rewrote, restructured the site to improved plain language, usability and mobile viewing. To support promotion and development of the Ready Campaign, I ensured that our branding through the Ad Council was consistent across web, TV, radio, social media and out of home advertising.During disasters, I supported FEMA's response and recovery efforts by representing External Affairs in the National Response Coordination Center (NRCC) as the lead ESF-15 and was deployed to the field as a digital comms expert/trainer.
