At the helm of HR Initiatives for the US Army, my role encompasses advising on civilian regulatory guidance and spearheading policy development for a workforce of tens of thousands of civilian employees across the National Capital Region that have not been focused on for over 20 years. Our team's collaborative efforts have successfully launched an EEO policy, training, onboarding and will soon launch the 1986 Federal Drug Free Workplace program, significantly enhancing the organizational environment to adhere to long-time federal compliance.My expertise in web content strategy, data management and using principles from the 21st Century Integrated Digital Experience Act, I’m able to push information dissemination to all by putting the human experience first.
