CurrentExport Business Development:Identify new business opportunity for Godrej Locking solutions and Systems Products in Asia and Africa.Manage existing distributors for assigned territories and market entry in untapped Market through regular visits in assigned territories to regularize sales channels and sales expansion potential.Drive sales growth through strategic product placement in Modern trade channels such as DIY stores, Supermarkets, specialized retail chains for Consumer Durable, Hardware etc, across the globe. Plan, design, develop and implement effective sales activities for Godrej's Locking Product segments to ensure sales target achievement of assigned product mix.Supervise achievement of sales target for assigned territories, analyze distributors requirement to organize appropriate short/ midterm sales strategy.Organizing Periodical meetings to bring Deal and Distributors under one platforms to estimate sales budget Analyze market intelligence reports and identify all new business opportunities to expand business and maintain an efficient portfolio for same.Prepare business Proposal, agreement and sales contracts in consultation with Legal department. Coordination with of Production, Quality & Dispatch departments to ensure distributors’ customized requirements are fulfilled. Preparation of MIS reports on business Gain/lost, Country, product, Distributors & Dealers Performance. Export Marketing: Support the brand Team in the development of effective consumer and Trade Programs and touch point infrastructure, by providing pertinent market insights for ATL & BTL Campaigns for Exports.Recommend appropriate retail/ customer dialogue strategy meet business objectives using consumer, Distributor & Dealers reference for respective Export Markets.Organizing Product Launches and brand promotion events in collaboration with Distributors. Lead the tracking and evaluation of Key marketing initiatives to ensure that they meet business objectives.
